This dish is prepared in several ways, but the basic ingredients of Bulghur, Meat, Onions, Nuts and Spices are all common. A healthy dish that is prepared on most occasions

 

 *      Fettit Makdoose: A very elaborate dish that contains; Stuffed Eggplant, Meat cooked in Pomegranate Sauce, Yogurt-Tahini Sauce, Sautéed meat and nuts topping

 *      Shishbarak: A village dish with meat, Onions, Nuts and spices, wrapped in flat dough and cooked in Yogurt

 *      Stuffed Vegetables: Favorite in most countries around the Mediterranean Sea. Zucchini, Bell Pepper, Tomatoes Eggplants are Stuffed with rice (or burghul ), Onions and meat (or without)  and cooked in a variety of ways.

 *      Rolled Vegetables:  Another favorite in most countries around the Mediterranean Sea. Grape Leaves or Cabbage Leaves are Stuffed with rice (or burghul ), Onions and meat (or without)  and cooked in a variety of ways.

 *      Okra and Meat: Okra is one dish that is not much used here, however, this vegetable, when cooked with meat and Tomato can be  a great treat.

 *      Mejaddara:  A Lentil and Rice (or Burghul) Dish that is topped with Sautéed Onion.  A very health and tasty dish
 

 *      Kafta:  Barbequed Ground Lamb with spices, Onions and Parsley

 *      Mansaf: Probably the most elaborate dish in many countries of the Middle East. It involves cooking two varieties of Kibbi, Bulghur, Lamb Meat, spices and Yogurt. 

 *      Kishk:  This Recipe is the most original.  A special fermentation process done on Bulghur and Yogurt to produce a sour powder as the main ingredient for this dish


 

 *      Chicken Cooked in Tomato Sauce:
In many ways, this dish is similar to the Italian Chicken cacciatore, with a few additions

 *      Baba Ghanooj: Eggplant and Sesame Tahini Dip
 *     
Hummus (Garbanzo Bean Dip): Garbanzo Beans and Sesami
           Tahini Dip           

 *     
Fava Beans (Phoul Medammas): A hearty Fava Bean and garnishes
           Meal

 *     
Green Salad: A multitude of vegetables and tasty dressing
 *     
Cucumber and Yogurt salad: As the name implies. Add a couple

           of other ingredient, and you have a very appetizing salad
 *     
Tabbooly :  A well known dish on both coasts of the U.S. Fine and
           soaked Burghul added to finely chopped greens with an appetizing
           dressing

 *      Barbecued Cornish Game Hen:
It is one way to cook this tasty bird, but it's the marinade and the way it's cooked is makes the difference.

 *      Barbecued Tri-Tip Beef Roast:
One of the tastiest ways to cook a Tri-Tip Roast.  Tender, juicy and most flavorful

 *      Rice and Spice: Rice and spices of the East. A potent combination

 *      Lentil Soup:  Split Pea soup eat your heart out, here is Lentils

 *      Rendered Butter: Also known as clarified butter.  It tastes better
than butter because all the impurities are removed.  Great for pastries.

 *      Sautéed Mushrooms:  A special marinade to bring the flavor out

 *      Barbequed Vegetables: No better way to cook vegetables
